Welcoming Friends from Sapporo, Japan

Two students from the Sapporo Intercultural and Technological (SIT) High School in Japan arrived on campus and were welcomed by the Nobles community on Mon., March 25. Kana, grade 11, and Mai, grade 12, (pictured in the front row with faculty members Tomoko Graham and Nahyon Lee) performed in Assembly and met with Nobles students, many of whom visited SIT last year.

Curious about some of the students’ striking pose in this photo? They are paying homage to  a statue of Massachusetts native William Smith Clark, located in Sapporo, Japan.
